PopupAd.net shall not be held responsible for any damage caused by the use of PopupAd.net Network, including but not limited to problems associated with Internet connectivity, line switching or the use of outdated computers or software.

PopupAd.net shall not be held responsible for any problems, including but not limited to delay, spamming or virus caused by the use of email, downloaded material or other items taken from the PopupAd.net Network, nor shall PopupAd.net be held responsible for any defect or inaccuracy in any information provided on the web site either due to technical problems in relation to updating or uploading information or in case of a server break-down on PopupAd.net or any sites owned or administrated by its members or their affiliates.

PopupAd.net reserves the right to modify or remove any information provided by its members and furthermore, PopupAd.net reserves the right to exclude, at its sole discretion, any member showing unacceptable behavior.

PopupAd.net reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership of any affiliate at any time, and for any reason to which it deems fit, including but not limited to fraudulent, suspicous and account activity which is can be comsidered as not acceptable by the management. If your account is suspended at any time, a message will be posted to your PopupAd.net account, and you will be given 24 hours to remove any links or html code asociated with PopupAd.net.

PopupAd.net considers any publisher account that has not served ads for a period of 12 months as inactive and will be deleted from the system. Popupad.net also considers any publisher account that has not been logged into by the account holder as inactive, and will be deleted from the system. Both considerations as described above will result in all account balances being deleted and payments waived. In such cases as the account balance being above the payment threshold, with payment not being requested, full payment will be made and then the account will be closed and deleted.

PopupAd.net's website, web documents, images, pictures, logos and software are the property of PopupAd.net and are protected by the existing legislation regarding copyright and trademark right. Any unauthorized use or distribution, disclosure of any trade secret or otherwise confidential information or copying and use, whether in full or in part, of these websites etc. is prohibited and will result in legal proceedings and/or prosecution. In such case PopupAd.net reserves the right to choose, at its sole discretion, in which country any legal proceedings and/or prosecution will take place and also reserves the right to choose which country's laws and regulations shall apply in case any such proceedings and/or prosecution.
